You will have a road map for creating your 90-day Acceleration Plan.
You will work through 10 key transition challenges.
You will process an Acceleration Checklist to help you crystallize the key lessons so you can apply them to your situation.
You will read an excellent book from Harvard Business School Press.
You will have a weekly 50 minute coaching phone/Zoom call for 3 months.
There are 12 sessions which include a Discovery and Design session, a 5 Leadership Voices Assessment session and 10 sessions to work through your 90-day Acceleration Plan.
